Refund Policy

We honor your loyalty to Way To Merch and your satisfaction with the products that you order through our store is our top priority. To support that, you are guarded by a 14-day return policy for damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty products. This means that you have 14 days after receiving your item (s) to request a return. We do not entertain return requests, otherwise, and request the visitors to order their products after reviewing all the product details, carefully. Return because of change of mind or change of size will not be entertained. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Process

To start a return of damaged, misprinted, or otherwise faulty products, you can contact us at support@waytomerch.com by sharing pictures of the product and the reason to return the product. 
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. For the accepted returns, we will not charge any restocking or return shipping fee.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and any product that is not covered under Damages and Issues. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us as soon as possible within the mentioned time frame so that we can see how best we can do for you in terms of your return request, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. If more than 14 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at support@waytomerch.com.
